Returns Policy
General Returns:
We take pride in the quality of our items, however we are happy to refund goods (excluding hand-made pieces like our fox fur hats and scarves) within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags and security ribbon fully intact, in the original packaging. If our customer care team feel that the criteria of your return have not been fully met, we cannot grant your refund request. Should a refund request be denied, the item will be returned to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Drop us an email at info@maisonmadari.com with your full name and order number, stating your reason for return. We will then let you know if your item is eligible for a return.
- Package your item and return to the provided address.
- Once received, we will review your item to see if it meets the criteria for a return and we'll send you an email with the outcome.
- If your return is granted, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.
Made-to-order goods:
At Maison Madari, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail, ensuring a unique and special product for our customers. Due to the nature of handmade goods, we only accept exchanges. This only applies to items that are defective or damaged.
All items undergo an extensive 5-step quality checking process to ensure that each item is perfect.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for our handmade items (fur scarves and hats) for any reason other than defects or damage. Handmade items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a handmade item that is defective or damaged, we are here to help:
Exchange Period: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange.
Condition for exchange: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Replacement: Once we receive the item back from you and verify the defect or damage, we will offer you a replacement.
How to Initiate an exchange (made to order)
1. Drop us an email at info@maisonmadari.com with your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item to us.
3. Processing Time: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
