2. Handmade Items
Our handmade items are crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to their unique nature, slight variations in colour, texture, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are a natural characteristic of handmade goods

2.1. Availability and Production Time
Availability: Handmade items are created in small batches and may have limited availability.

3. Ordering and Payment**
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email upon completing your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.
Payment: We accept payment through all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Currency
Currency: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- VAT: All prices include VAT at the applicable rate in accordance with UK law.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Returns and Refunds
We are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns policy below:

6.1. UK Orders
Returns Period:** You have the right to report a problem with your item within 14 days, in compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We will only issue refunds on defective products.
Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6.2. International Orders
Returns Period:** International customers have **21 days** from the date of receipt to return defective items.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.

6.3. Handmade Items
Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized handmade items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
-Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective handmade item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement.

7. Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by contacting us directly.
After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait until you receive it to initiate a return, only if the item is damaged or defective.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized handmade items cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.

9. Liability
We do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the content will always be free from errors or omissions.
Product Descriptions: All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Handmade items may have slight variations due to their unique nature.
- Limit of Liability: Our liability for losses or damages you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
