Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Next Day Delivery is available on UK orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 4PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped the next working day (Monday).

UK Shipping

We partner with reliable UK couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel to deliver your orders safely.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

Next Day Delivery

For customers who need their order sooner, next day shipping is available when you place your order before 2PM (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and tracked delivery worldwide.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days, depending on your destination and customs clearance times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Madari has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
